About buying seats for your team
How do we assign seats to people?
Buy the pool, then invite by email or phone. Each invite auto-consumes one seat. When someone leaves, revoke their seat and reassign it — up to 6 reassignments per seat per subscription period.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their seat becomes available for reassignment. Their progress + certificate stay tied to their account (they keep what they earned); the org gets its seat back to use for the next hire.
Can we mix packages in one contract?
Yes. Buy 30 seats of the software engineering package + 15 of the digital marketing package on one purchase order. Each seat is scoped to its package; a person gets access to only what you assigned them to.
Do learners keep their certificates?
Always. Certificates are issued to the individual and portable — they follow the person, not the seat. Your org gets a copy for compliance / reporting.
